Returns & Product Issues
Because each item is made to order, change-of-mind or incorrect-size returns may be restricted once production has begun. This does not affect rights available under applicable consumer law. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or materially different from your order, contact PZMO with your order number and clear photos promptly, preferably within 30 days of delivery. This reporting request does not shorten or exclude any statutory claim period.
