1. General

These Terms of Service apply to your use of the PZMO online store (pzmo.net). By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by these terms. Nothing in these terms, including any liability limitation or governing-law provision, excludes or restricts mandatory consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law.

2. Products

Our apparel is made to order via Print-on-Demand (POD). Minor color differences may result from display settings or normal printing characteristics; this does not exclude remedies for faulty or materially misdescribed products.

3. Orders & Payment

Products enter production after an order is placed. Please contact us promptly to request a cancellation or modification; changes may not be possible once production has begun, subject to applicable consumer law. Payment is processed at the time of order.

PZMO reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other reasonable circumstances.

4. Shipping

Orders are fulfilled through Printful or PODpartner and their logistics partners, depending on the product. Processing times, delivery estimates, shipping charges and split shipments are described in our Shipping Policy.

Eligible PODpartner apparel has free standard shipping to supported destinations. Applicable Printful shipping charges are displayed before payment. Free shipping does not automatically include import duties, taxes or clearance fees. Prepaid and non-prepaid charges are treated as explained in the Shipping Policy; we do not apply a blanket statement that every import charge is either included or payable again by the customer.

Please enter the recipient's full name and complete delivery address in English or their correct romanized form. Contact PZMO for delivery problems or unexpected customs charges. Applicable rights relating to delayed, missing or damaged orders remain unaffected.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, artworks, logos, images, text, graphics, and content published by PZMO are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, resale, or commercial use without prior written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy and applicable consumer law.

Change-of-mind restrictions after production begins apply only where permitted by applicable law. Being made to order does not itself remove statutory rights.

7. EU Consumer Rights

Customers located within the European Union retain rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Any exception for goods made to a customer’s specifications or clearly personalized depends on the specific product and applicable law. Standard pre-set size or color selections do not by themselves establish personalization. Rights concerning faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods remain unaffected. This rights notice does not mean that EU delivery is currently offered.

8. Disclaimer

PZMO provides its services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PZMO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the store or products.

PZMO's maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant order.

9. Changes to Terms

PZMO reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.

Changes become effective immediately upon publication on this website. Continued use of the store after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.

Any dispute arising from the use of this website or related transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.
