1. 총칙 / General

본 약관은 PZMO 온라인 스토어(pzmo.net) 이용에 적용됩니다. 스토어를 이용하거나 구매함으로써 본 약관에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다. These Terms of Service apply to your use of the PZMO online store (pzmo.net). By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. 제품 / Products

PZMO의 모든 제품은 주문 후 개별 제작되는 POD(Print-on-Demand) 방식으로 생산됩니다. 화면상의 색상과 실제 제품 색상은 모니터 환경에 따라 다소 차이가 있을 수 있으며, 이는 불량으로 간주되지 않습니다. All products are made-to-order via Print-on-Demand. Colors may vary slightly depending on your display settings and are not considered defects.

3. 주문 및 결제 / Orders & Payment

주문 완료 후 제작이 즉시 시작되므로 주문 취소 및 변경이 어렵습니다. 결제는 주문 시점에 처리됩니다. PZMO는 재고 부족, 가격 오류 등의 사유로 주문을 거절하거나 취소할 권리를 보유합니다. Production begins immediately after an order is placed, so cancellations or modifications may not be possible. Payment is processed at the time of order. PZMO reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or other reasons.

4. 배송 / Shipping

배송은 Printful을 통해 처리되며, 예상 배송 기간은 제작 후 7~14일입니다. 통관 지연, 천재지변 등 외부 요인으로 인한 배송 지연에 대해 PZMO는 책임을 지지 않습니다. 수입 관세 및 세금은 수령인 부담입니다. Shipping is handled by Printful. Estimated delivery is 7–14 days after production. PZMO is not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or other external factors. Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

5. 저작권 및 지적재산권 / Intellectual Property

PZMO의 모든 디자인, 이미지, 로고, 콘텐츠는 저작권법의 보호를 받습니다. 사전 서면 동의 없이 무단 복제, 배포, 수정, 상업적 사용을 엄격히 금합니다. 위반 시 법적 조치가 취해질 수 있습니다. All designs, images, logos, and content by PZMO are protected under copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. 반품 및 환불 / Returns & Refunds

반품 및 환불은 별도의 반품 및 환불 정책에 따릅니다. Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Refund & Return Policy.

7. EU 소비자 권리 / EU Consumer Rights

유럽 연합 내 고객은 EU 소비자보호법에 따른 권리를 보유합니다. 단, 개인 맞춤 제작 상품은 EU 소비자권리지침 제16조(c)항에 따라 철회권 적용 예외 대상이 될 수 있습니다. 제작 시작 전 고객의 명시적 동의가 있는 경우 철회권이 소멸될 수 있습니다. EU customers retain rights under EU consumer protection law. However, custom-made products may be exempt from the right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, provided the customer has given explicit consent prior to production.

8. 면책 조항 / Disclaimer

PZMO는 서비스 중단, 오류, 바이러스 등으로 인한 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 서비스는 "있는 그대로(as-is)" 제공됩니다. PZMO의 최대 배상 책임은 해당 주문 금액을 초과하지 않습니다. PZMO is not liable for damages caused by service interruptions, errors, or viruses. Services are provided "as-is." PZMO's maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

9. 약관 변경 / Changes to Terms

PZMO는 사전 고지 없이 본 약관을 변경할 수 있습니다. 변경 후 스토어를 계속 이용하면 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다. PZMO reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the store after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. 준거법 및 분쟁 해결 / Governing Law & Disputes

본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되며, 분쟁 발생 시 대한민국 법원을 관할 법원으로 합니다. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.
