1. General

These Terms of Service apply to your use of the PZMO online store (pzmo.net). By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Products

All products are made-to-order via Print-on-Demand (POD). Colors may vary slightly depending on your display settings and are not considered defects.

3. Orders & Payment

Production begins immediately after an order is placed, so cancellations or modifications may not be possible. Payment is processed at the time of order.

PZMO reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other reasonable circumstances.

4. Shipping

Shipping is fulfilled through Printful and its logistics partners.

Estimated production time is 2–7 business days. Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days after production.

PZMO is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, natural disasters, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, artworks, logos, images, text, graphics, and content published by PZMO are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, resale, or commercial use without prior written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our separate Refund & Return Policy.

Due to the made-to-order nature of POD products, cancellations and refunds for change of mind are generally not accepted once production has begun.

7. EU Consumer Rights

Customers located within the European Union retain rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

However, custom-made or personalized products may be exempt from the right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, provided the customer has given prior consent before production begins.

8. Disclaimer

PZMO provides its services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PZMO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the store or products.

PZMO's maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant order.

9. Changes to Terms

PZMO reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.

Changes become effective immediately upon publication on this website. Continued use of the store after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.

Any dispute arising from the use of this website or related transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.
