Refund & Return Policy

All PZMO products are made to order through a Print-on-Demand (POD) process.

Because production begins after an order is placed, change-of-mind cancellations, returns, or exchanges may be restricted once production has begun. This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law.

Non-Refundable Cases

Change-of-mind requests submitted after production has begun
Incorrect size ordered by the customer
Requests to change the design, color, or order details after production has begun
Minor color differences caused by display settings or normal printing characteristics

Eligible for Replacement or Refund

Confirmed printing defects
Incorrect items received
Products damaged during shipping
Products materially different from the order

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

After reviewing the claim, PZMO may provide a replacement, reshipment, or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

Notice for EU Customers

EU customers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal, subject to applicable exceptions. Whether an exception applies depends on the specific product and circumstances. Nothing in this policy limits statutory remedies for faulty, damaged, or misdescribed goods.

Shipping Notice

All products enter production after an order is placed. Current processing and delivery information is provided in our Shipping Policy. The order-specific delivery estimate shown at checkout should be treated as the primary estimate.
