Shipping Policy / 배송 정책
Processing Time / 처리 시간 All PZMO products are made-to-order. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. As all items are made-to-order, please allow additional time for production before shipment. 모든 PZMO 제품은 주문 후 제작됩니다. 결제 확인 후 영업일 기준 2~5일 이내에 발송됩니다. 모든 제품은 주문 후 제작되므로, 발송 전 제작 시간이 추가로 소요됩니다.
Shipping Time / 배송 시간
- USA / 미국: 3–7 business days / 영업일 기준 3~7일
- Europe / 유럽: 5–10 business days / 영업일 기준 5~10일
- Rest of World / 기타 국가: 7–21 business days / 영업일 기준 7~21일
Shipping Costs / 배송비 Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. 배송비는 배송지 및 주문 수량에 따라 결제 시 자동 계산됩니다.
Tracking / 배송 추적 Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. 발송 후 이메일로 운송장 번호가 발송됩니다.
Delays / 배송 지연 Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, or carrier delays beyond our control. 통관 절차, 공휴일, 운송사 사정에 따라 배송이 지연될 수 있습니다.
Address Accuracy / 배송지 정확성 Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. 결제 시 배송지를 정확히 입력해 주세요. 고객이 잘못 입력한 주소로 배송된 경우 책임지지 않습니다.
