반품 및 환불 정책 / Refund & Return Policy
PZMO의 모든 제품은 주문 후 개별 제작되는 POD(Print-on-Demand) 방식으로 생산됩니다. All PZMO products are made-to-order through a Print-on-Demand (POD) process.
교환/환불이 불가한 경우 / Non-Refundable Cases
- 단순 변심에 의한 교환 및 환불 / Change of mind
- 사이즈 오주문 (구매 전 사이즈 가이드를 반드시 확인해 주세요) / Incorrect size ordered (please check the size guide before purchasing)
- 주문 확정 후 디자인/색상 변경 요청 / Design or color change requests after order confirmation
교환/재발송이 가능한 경우 / Eligible for Replacement
- 인쇄 불량 또는 제품 결함이 확인된 경우 / Confirmed print defects or product damage
- 배송 중 파손된 경우 / Items damaged during shipping
위 경우 수령 후 7일 이내에 제품 사진과 함께 문의해 주시면 재발송해 드립니다. For eligible cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue: pzmo.official@gmail.com
EU 고객 안내 / Notice for EU Customers
유럽 연합(EU) 내 고객은 관련 법률에 따라 상품 수령 후 14일 이내에 이유 없이 주문을 취소할 권리가 있습니다. 단, POD 특성상 개인 맞춤 제작된 상품은 EU 소비자 보호법 제16조(c)항에 따라 철회권 적용 예외 대상이 될 수 있습니다.
Customers in the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason under EU consumer law. However, as our products are custom-made to order, they may be exempt from the right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
배송 안내 / Shipping Notice
모든 제품은 주문 후 제작이 시작되며, 제작 기간(2~7일) + 배송 기간이 소요됩니다. All products enter production after the order is placed. Please allow 2–7 business days for production, plus shipping time.
예상 배송 기간: 주문 후 7~14일 Estimated delivery: 7–14 days after order placement
